Next, we’ll head to a production facility to sample authentic meat delicacies — sausages, prosciutto, and pâtés made from local game that roams the surrounding forests. We’ll also visit a small fish farm and try dishes made from local river fish — don’t miss the smoked trout! Finally, we’ll visit the majestic Kokořín Castle, located in a protected natural area.
