Terms of Service for Partners (Wineries & Experience Providers)
Purpose of the Service
Winetoursearcher (further “the Platform”) provides an online directory and promotional service for wineries and tourism providers (further “Partner”). By purchasing a Listing Subscription, the Partner gains visibility on the Platform to showcase their estate, wines, and experiences to our audience.
Listing Subscription & Fees
Duration: The listing service is provided on an annual basis (12 months), starting from the date of the first payment.
Fees: The annual fee is fixed and must be paid in full before the listing is activated.
Non-Refundable: Listing fees are professional advertising costs and are non-refundable, even if the Partner chooses to remove their profile or cease operations before the end of the 12-month period.
Renewal: Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions do not renew automatically. The Platform will contact the Partner 30 days before expiry to propose a renewal.
Content & Intellectual Property
Partner Responsibility: The Partner is solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information (prices, opening hours, descriptions, and contact details).
Media Rights: By providing photos, logos, or videos, the Partner grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Partner on the website and associated social media.
Accuracy: The Partner must ensure that all promoted activities comply with local Greek regulations and licensing requirements.
Direct Bookings & Leads
No Commission: For direct listings, the Platform does not charge a commission on bookings made through the Partner’s own website or contact details.
No Guarantee: While the Platform optimizes for visibility, we do not guarantee a specific number of clicks, leads, or bookings. The service is a display and advertising service, not a performance-based sales contract.
Customer Disputes: The Platform is not a party to any contract between a Customer and the Partner. Any dispute regarding a visit or a wine purchase must be resolved directly between the Partner and the Customer.
Termination & Removal
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or remove a listing without refund if the Partner:
- Provides fraudulent or misleading information.
- Fails to maintain the required legal licenses for their activity.
- Engages in practices that damage the reputation of the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts of Greece.
