The Tour
Unforgettable moments await at Corte Pavone winery, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Montalcino, Tuscany. This is more than just a wine tour; it’s a journey into the soul of organic viticulture and a celebration of the Sangiovese grape. As you approach the estate, you will be greeted by the breathtaking beauty of the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site of rolling hills and cypress-lined roads that have captivated artists and travelers for centuries.
Your adventure begins with a guided tour of the stunning vineyards. The knowledgeable team at Corte Pavone will walk you through the very same rows of Sangiovese vines that produce their world-renowned wines. You’ll discover the secrets of their sustainable, biodynamic practices, a philosophy passed down through generations of the Loacker family. Learn how the unique microclimate and diverse soils of their 18-hectare estate contribute to the complexity and character of each vintage. The journey continues to the grape processing area and the evocative cross-vaulted cellar, a space where time seems to stand still. Here, you’ll be enveloped by the aromas of aging wine and fine oak barrels, and you’ll learn about the intricate process of winemaking, from fermentation to clarification, and the art of aging.

After your insightful tour, prepare for a culinary experience that is nothing short of magical. The grand finale is a meticulously crafted lunch in the winery’s elegant tasting room or on the terrace, offering panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.
