We loved his way on transfering knowledge about the region, his capability for how to simply and logicaly present the complexity of classification of the wide range of premier and grand crus and for suggestions about pairing regarding the 12 varieties we tasted. Hubert provided us with useful and interesting insights and we felt very lucky to have him. He reserved for us a very good restaurant for lunch, and helped us order bottles of wine to be shipped home. Our tour of Burgundy was great, we highly recommend it.
