The hotel itself, rooms, location and the staff was amazing. We booked to stay for 4 nights (room 125) to explore Paris and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel- 1 hour walking distance to The Eiffel Tower, 45 mins to Arc de Triomphe, 20 mins to Moulin Rouge and 10 mins to a Metro station line that takes you 5 stops to The Louvre. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently placed for Metro and RER. The layout of the hotel was fine for us, but originally I was supposed to be travelling with an 80 year old who have found the need to climb from where the lifts end difficult. They would have also found the descend to breakfast hard. The breakfast selection was good, but the layout made bottlenecks a regular occurrence

Nice hotel located in a lively neighbourhood. Room fine and clean - excellent sleeping quality. Breakfast and selection of food excellent - but inadequate room for breakfast. Come early - that helps a lot. Metro station Brochant just down the street.

The room itself is comfortable and very clean. However, the bathroom leaves much to be desired. It lacks adequate ventilation, the door doesn't have a lock, and it lacks essential furniture such as a towel rack and a shampoo and soap holder in the shower. The room could also be better equipped with a mini-fridge and larger closets. The breakfast is wonderful, with a lot of variety and quality. Great location and attentive receptionists.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ibis Styles Paris Batignolles. I was due to check in on 30 April, but unfortunately | suffered from acute food poisoning while on a business trip in another county and had to return to the UK urgently. I informed the hotel on the same day and explained the situation in detail, including that I was physically unable to stay at their hotel for 3 days. Despite this, my request to reschedule the trip of 3 nights for a trip of 2 nights was rejected, even after I provided evidence of my return flight due to illness. I was hoping for some flexibility as this happened in the morning on the day I supposed to check-in. I have stayed at other Ibis hotels in different countries and have always had positive experiences, which makes this situation particularly disappointing. On this occasion, I felt there was no consideration for exceptional circumstances. I would recommend that future guests don't get ill, because the hotel would expect them to show up anyway, and they will take any opportunity to take your money. Apparently it is all they think of.
