Wine style of the Balter winery
Let the winemaker presnet sits wines: “We want our wines to be the utmost expression of the place where they are made, with no alteration of any kind. We want to bring the focus in the vineyard back to respect for the landscape and the timing of nature and the land, supported with the work of our own hands. We believe very strongly in this, which is why we built our winery underground, beneath the vineyard, where it won’t change the look of the land we live on.”
“We are wine-growers, first of all. We put our body and soul, our head and our heart into our work, so that everything will work as well as possible. We grow our grapes and make our wines ourselves, without outsourcing any of the work, not even pouring off. We scrupulously control every step in production to ensure the highest possible quality in the bottle.”
